HOW DO I MAKE MY PURCHASE?

Find your product with the multiple search options that we have designed for you: our search bar, categories or filters. To learn how to search for your product, enter here.

If necessary, select the size you want. Now click on the button that says "Buy Now". The product will be saved in your cart and you can complete your purchase immediately or continue browsing the page to add more products. Once in the cart, enter the delivery address, the department and the municipality. Also check the delivery time and cost. The latter will depend on the product and location. When you have reviewed the above information, click on “Finish Purchase”.

If you are already a SoyMacho user, you must log in and your data will be filled in automatically. If you are a new customer click on “Create an Account” and fill in the information directly on this page.

Choose the payment method. You can choose payment, credit or debit card, or bank deposit.

If you have a discount coupon, enter the code in the field that says “Do you have a discount code? Insert it here!" and the amount established will automatically be deducted from the total value of the purchase. Verify that the code is correct, respecting uppercase, lowercase and numbers.

Review the conditions of use, remember that there are cases in which conditions and restrictions apply, such as the validity and the minimum purchase.

When you finish filling in the fields, check the information that appears on the page: the delivery address, the payment method and the voucher code. Now that all the information is correct, click 'Checkout'.

Check the registration of your purchase and wait for the confirmation email. Congratulations! You have successfully completed your order with SoyMacho Mexico. Your order will have been registered in the system and we will be processing the order and verifying the information. Once your order has been validated, we will send the confirmation to the email you registered; Please note that the validation time depends on the payment method you have used:

Bank Deposit: You must make your deposit within the next 2 business days.
Credit or debit card: The bank takes some processing time to accept payment with your credit or debit card, please wait for the bank to process and then we will send you the email with the confirmation of your purchase.

HOW DO I REMOVE AN PRODUCT FROM MY CART?

If you added a product to the shopping cart and want to remove it, just follow these steps:

- When you are in your shopping cart, go to the product you want to remove and click on the 'Remove' button that appears next to the product.

ARE THE PRODUCTS NEW AND OF GOOD QUALITY?

All our products are new and of the best quality, we have a complete team that is in charge of checking that the products are complete and that they are not damaged for any reason.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Of course we don't understand why you wouldn't want to look good, but if you want to cancel it, it's very simple.

Our fulfillment process is fast and your orders are processed as soon as we confirm them.

If you have not received an email, it means that your order is not confirmed; so you're in time to cancel it. To do so, just click on 'Contact Us' and please send us an email.

If your order is already on its way, we will not be able to cancel it. If you have already received your order and you are not satisfied with the product, you can make a free return.

If your order was returned to our warehouse and you want to cancel the order, the shipping costs are not refundable even if the order has a free shipping promotion.

IF THE PRODUCT IS SOLD OUT, IS THERE A POSSIBILITY THAT IT WILL BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?

YES, there is always a chance that we will have the product soon, but we think it is best to keep you aware that it may take longer to reach us, for this reason we give it an 'out of stock' status. So keep visiting us and you will surely find the product sooner than expected.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Shipping time depends on the product you choose and your geographic location. The shipping cost depends on the product you choose (weight, size, volume), your geographical location and the payment method you choose. Check the shipping time in 2 very simple steps:

The delivery time depends on each brand, but we always keep our promises, you will have it at home in that time. But we have some brands that arrive before others.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

To know the approximate delivery time you must follow these steps:

Check the confirmation email we sent to your email. We always take 2-5 business days.

Keep in mind that delivery days are business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) and start counting from the day you receive the confirmation email.

If there is any delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you.

HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED?

Check your email for the dispatch confirmation email or go to the page and follow these steps:

- Click on the 'Login' button located in the upper right corner of our website

- In your account, click on the 'My Orders' section

- Choose the order you want to review, click on the order you can review the 'Order Status' column

- If you want more information, click on 'See order'. There you can see all the shipping information and summary of the order.

WHAT DO I DO IF I ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Once you have completed the purchase, we will confirm the order by email. Remember that this confirmation will depend on the payment method you have used:

Bank deposit: once you have deposited, the bank takes up to 24 hours to reflect the payment, this is the maximum period in which you must receive your confirmation email.

Credit or debit card: the bank takes some processing time to accept payment with your credit card or debit card, please wait for the bank to process and then we will send you the confirmation email of your purchase.

Payment in OXXO: in this payment method it is important to emphasize that OXXO takes time to process the payment, so it takes us from 24 to 48 hours to process your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT HAS NOT ARRIVED?

Check the delivery time of your product. To know the estimated delivery time, you can count from the day you received the confirmation email and from that date start counting the delivery time specified in the email in business days.

Also, you can log into 'My Account' and check the status of your order in the section called 'My Orders'.

If you have already reviewed this time and your delivery is indeed out of time, you must contact us to file the corresponding report, so we will follow up on your case to resolve it as soon as possible. Just click 'Help' on our page and send us an email.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED?

If you did not receive all the products you ordered in a single delivery, do not worry. Remember that there are products in your order that may have various delivery times, these will be sent to you at different times. WHAT DO I DO IF I WAS NOT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

If you are not there to receive your order and it is an order paid by credit card, debit card or bank deposit, the courier can leave your product with any person who can receive it, as long as they are of legal age and are properly identified.

If you have chosen cash on delivery and you are not there to receive your product, anyone who has the money can receive it. Otherwise, the courier service will contact you to inform you of the new delivery date.

In case of requesting a large item, for example a washing machine, living room or television; We will call you to schedule a delivery with you.

There is a limit of delivery attempts, only two are made. If the product has not been delivered in these two attempts, your order will be canceled without the opportunity to be reshipped. In the event that you made your purchase with a special price or discount and it has been canceled for this reason, it will not be possible for us to respect the price of your initial purchase.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DEFECTIVE?

Please keep the original packaging. If you received the product damaged due to mistreatment in the shipment, do not receive it, they will give you a report where you can write the reason for the rejection.

If the product does not work, first check the manual to see if you can solve the problem. If your product still doesn't work and has technical faults, you can return your product within a period of no more than 5 calendar days directly on our page, from your customer profile in the 'My Orders' section. There you can choose the reason for the return of your product, as well as the way in which you want your request to be resolved.

If the 5 business days of receiving your product have already passed, you should review the supplier's warranty concepts and if you have a valid reason, you can contact the supplier or us to help you make use of the warranty.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS NOT THE ONE I ORDERED?

We apologize for the inconvenience that has occurred. If you did not receive the product you ordered, please return it as soon as you receive it and we will exchange it for the correct item. Please keep the original packaging.

If you think your product is missing accessories or parts, check the product page to see if the item should include these accessories. HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

Our fulfillment process is fast and your orders are processed as soon as we confirm them.

If you have not received the call or an email, it means that your order is not confirmed, so you have time to cancel it. To do so, please send us an email through our page, just click on 'Help', or contact our customer service area.

If the order is already on its way to your address, we will not be able to cancel it. If you have already received your order and you are not satisfied, you can return it for free. Find out how to return a product.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED?

We are sorry for this situation and we hope you will continue shopping with us. Possible reasons for cancellation are:

- You did not make the payment within the established time

- We have had problems with the dispatch of the order and we could not contact you to give notice

- We have had problems with the delivery of the order

Don't worry, if you have already made the payment for the order, we will refund the money:

Deposit in Banorte or payment in OXXO : you will receive an email in which we will request the following information in order to make your refund:

- Account number

- Interbank code

- Bank

- Account holder

Credit or debit card : the refund will be made directly to the card with which you made your purchase, it is not possible to make the deposit in a different account for security reasons to our clients and internal policies of SoyMacho.com Mexico.

PayPal payment : the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account, it is not possible to make the deposit in a different account, this is for the safety of our clients and internal policies of SoyMacho.com México.

If you want to know how long the refund of your money takes, it will take about 48 hours but all banks are different so we will send you a proof of the refund and with that you are more than calm to claim your money from the bank.

If you still want the product of your order that has already been cancelled, you need to make a new purchase order, since it is impossible to re-ship a canceled product. In case you have taken advantage of a special discount or promotion, it cannot be honored once the order has been cancelled.

HOW DO I USE MY COUPON?

To use a coupon follow these steps:

- Add your products to the shopping cart: click 'Buy Now'

- In the shopping cart find the field called 'Add coupon' and write the code respecting uppercase, lowercase and numbers

- Now click on 'Use coupon' and we will automatically deduct the value of the coupon from the total purchase

- Click 'Pay'

Finally, check that the coupon has applied the discount correctly to the total value of your purchase.

Remember that the reimbursement coupons are valid for one year, they are not cumulative and must be used in a single purchase.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY COUPON DOESN'T WORK?

If your discount coupon does not work, follow these steps:

- Check if you entered the coupon code correctly; respects uppercase, lowercase and numbers

- Review the conditions and restrictions of your discount coupon; for example the minimum purchase and the validity of the coupon

Remember that the discount coupon can only be used once. The coupon will be valid for a single purchase. The coupons are non-transferable, so they can only be used by the user to whom they were sent.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY COUPON IF I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

In case of making a product return due to having found a defect, the coupon can be restored so that you can acquire another product (does not apply for satisfaction guarantee).

In case of returning the product and requesting your refund, the coupon cannot be reactivated for future purchases.

In case of requesting the cancellation of an order that included a discount coupon, the coupon cannot be reactivated for future purchases.
